Sessions with children and parent-child therapy may include play therapy, yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Sessions with adolescents and adults may include talk therapy, yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness practices, depending on your interests and needs.

$90 per session (50 minutes).

Sliding scale fee available for those with financial needs.

I do not take insurance, but will be happy to provide you with detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
